Bosnia's Saniteks cuts capital by 2.87% to cover losses

Bosnian sanitary material producer Saniteks said on Thursday it decided to cut its capital by 832,258 marka ($534,580/425,530 euro) to 28.158 million marka to cover losses.

The share capital will be cut through decreasing the shares' nominal value to 60.90 marka from 62.70 marka apiece, Saniteks said in a filing with the Sarajevo Stock Exchange.
