Eurobank EFG Bulgaria appoints new executive director/CFO

The Bulgarian unit of Greece's Eurobank EFG Group said on Wednesday it has appointed Dimitar Shoumarov as its new executive director and chief financial officer.

The appointment is effective as of July 9 and follows the management changes according to which Petia Dimitrova assumed the position of chief executive officer and Anthony Hassiotis took the position of CEO at Eurobank EFG’s subsidiary in Romania, Eurobank EFG Bulgaria said in a press release.
