The shareholders of Slovenian insurer Zavarovalnica Tilia have passed a resolution enabling the company's majority shareholder, Slovenian reinsurer Sava Re, to squeeze out minorities against adequate compensation, Sava Re said on Wednesday.
The majority shareholder will compensate 244 eligible minority shareholders with 70.53 euro ($86) for each Tilia share, paying a total of 121,100 euro for 1,717 shares, Sava Re said in a bourse filing.
