Albania opens prequalification for upgrade of three road sections – EBRD

Albania has launched the prequalification stage of a tender for the upgrade of three road sections, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), which is co-funding the project, said on Monday.

The Albanian Development Fund (ADF) intends using part of the proceeds of a loan from the EBRD, the European Investment Bank and the IPA 2010/2011 facility towards the cost of the road project.
