Croatia's Atlantic Grupa takes full control of Atlantic Farmacia

Croatia's Atlantic Grupa said it has bought the remaining 5.0% of local firm Atlantic Farmacia it did not already own. Blue chip Atlantic Grupa is a regional distributor of fast-moving consumer goods and a producer of functional foods and supplements. It also owns the Farmacia pharmacy chain in Croatia.
