Carpathian Gold says Romanian deposits' estimated gold resources at 7.19 mln oz

Canadian exploration and development company Carpathian Gold said on Tuesday the measured plus indicated gold resources of the Rovina Valley project in Romania amount to 7.19 million ounces according to an independent estimate, 134% up compared to a 2008 resource estimate.

The measured plus indicated resources of copper are estimated now at 1.4 billion pounds, 87% higher compared to a 2008 resource estimate, Carpathian Gold said in a statement.
