Austria's Kapsch CarrierCom takes full control of Croatia's Kapsch TIS

Austria's Kapsch CarrierCom said on Wednesday it has bought the 31% in Croatia's Kapsch TIS it did not already own in a bid to further expand its presence in Southeast Europe.

"We are continuing to see great potential in the markets of Southeast and Eastern Europe. Croatia should therefore be further expanded as an important development location," Kapsch CarrierCom CEO Kari Kapsch said in a press release.
