Slovenia's Intereuropa plans cap hike, sale of Moscow logistics hub

Slovenian logistics company Intereuropa said on Friday it will ask its shareholders to back a 22 million euro ($27 million) capital increase through the conversion of creditor claims into equity.

The proposal will be voted on at a general shareholders meeting scheduled for August 28, Intereuropa said in a bourse filing.
