Slovenia's Kompas MTS plans dividend of 0.33 euro/share - bourse

Slovenian retailer Kompas MTS [LJE:MTSG] plans to pay a dividend of 0.33 euro ($0.40) per share, the Ljubljana bourse said.

The shareholders will vote on the proposal at a general meeting scheduled for August 30, the Ljubljana Stock Exchange said in a statement on its website on Friday.
