Bosnia's Krajina Osiguranje H1 net profit more than doubles

Bosnian insurance company Krajina Osiguranje said its net profit rose to 51,100 marka ($32,000/26,100 euro) in the first half of 2012 from 19,700 marka a year earlier.

Krajina Osiguranje's operating income fell to 3.5 million marka in the first half from 3.8 million marka a year ago, while operating costs decreased to 3.4 million marka from 3.9 marka, its financial statement filed with the Banja Luka Stock Exchange on Monday indicated.
