Dezelna Banka Slovenije cuts cons after-tax loss in H1

Dezelna Banka Slovenije said on Tuesday it nearly halved its consolidated after-tax loss to 2.4 million euro ($3.0 million) in the first half of 2012 from 4.5 million euro a year earlier.

The group’s net interest income rose 20% to 10.2 million euro through June while net fee and commissions income dropped 3.5% to 2.79 million euro, the bank said in its unaudited half-yearly financial statement.
