Macedonia’s NLB Tutunska Banka said its net profit rose to 287.54 million denars ($5.8 million/4.7 million euro) in the first half of 2012 from 276.95 million denars a year earlier.
Net interest income increased 21% on the year to 1.05 billion denars in the first half while net fee and provision income edged down 1.0% to some 397 million denars, the bank said in a statement sent to the Macedonian Securities and Exchange Commission.
