Bulgaria’s Q2 new residential buildings number falls 26.3% y/y

The number of newly built residential buildings in Bulgaria for the second quarter of 2012 dropped 26.3% on the year to a total 520, the country’s statistics office said on Friday.

They consisted of total of 2,175 flats, 40.1% less than a year earlier, the National Statistics Institute said in a statement.
