Takeover bid launched for 4.29% of Serbia's Mlekara

Two private persons have launched a joint takeover bid for 4.29% of Serbian dairy company Mlekara, the bank in charge of the process said on Friday. The takeover offer, which targets 7,417 Mlekara shares, is priced at 160 dinars ($1.7/1.4 euro) per share, Cacanska Banka said in a filing with the Belgrade bourse.
