Bosnia’s RiTE Ugljevik sets up JV with Cyprus-based Comsar Energy

Bosnian state-owned coal mining and energy complex RiTE Ugljevik [BANJ:RTEU-R-A] said on Monday it has set up a joint venture company with Cyprus-based Comsar Energy Group Limited.

Comsar Energy Republika Srpska was established to develop a coal mining project and to add two new 300 megawatt units at the RiTE Ugljevik site, the Bosnian company said in a filing to the Banja Luka Stock Exchange.
