Macedonia’s Beton H1 net profit rises 11%

Macedonian construction company Beton [MSE:BESK] said on Tuesday its net profit rose by 11% on the year to 36.1 million denars ($724,680/586,990 euro) in the first half of 2012.

Operating income rose 5.0% on the year to 1.02 billion denars in the first six months of the year, while operating costs increased by annual 6.0% to 980.3 million denars, Beton said in a filing with the Macedonian Stock Exchange.
