Slovenia's Intereuropa shareholders endorse 19.6 mln euro cap hike

Slovenian logistics company Intereuropa said on Tuesday its shareholders have approved a 19.6 million euro ($24.6 million) capital increase through the conversion of creditor claims into equity.

At the time the capital hike plans were unveiled last month, Intereuropa said the move was agreed with the company's creditor banks as part of its financial restructuring and after its shareholders failed to express interest in raising the capital themselves.
