Bulgaria seeks to award 35-yr concessions on Lom, Nessebar port terminals

Bulgaria is opening a procedure to award two 35-year concession contracts for the Lom and Nessebar port terminals, the government said on Wednesday.

The concessionaire of the Lom port terminal, on the Danube river, will be required to invest over 6.38 million levs ($4.09 million/3.26 million euro) in the first four years of the contract's term and at least 16.06 million levs by the end of the term, the government said in a statement issued after a regular weekly meeting...
