Macedonian drug maker Jaka 80 turns to H1 net loss

Macedonian pharmaceutical company Jaka 80 said it turned to a net loss of some 15.0 million denars ($304,900/243,920 euro) in the first half of 2012 from a net profit of 46.4 million denars a year ago.

Operating income fell to 37.5 million denars in the first half from 140.9 million denars a year earlier, while operating costs halved to 43.6 million denars from 88.6 million denars, Jaka 80 said in its income statement sent to the Macedonia’s Securities and Exchange Commission...
