Calculation assumptions*
Example: A housing unit with the price of HRK 11,000 per sqm for a 50 sqm flat costs a total of
HRK 550,000. This is also the amount applied for a 30-year loan. Developers participating in the campaign grant 10, 15 and 20 percent discounts on this total price per housing unit. With the same annuity, the borrower may opt for a larger apartment.
